Outing Policies

¨ Final number of players that the outing group will be charged, must be finalized with course contact (Eric Stewart / Jason Bullard) 4 days prior to event.

 

¨ Cancellation of a event must be done 4 days prior to event.

 

¨ Cancellation due to weather must be done on the day of the event. Outing groups are expected to show up rain or shine unless there is an obvious threat of severe weather. (simply raining does not constitute grounds for canceling an outing)

 

¨ Outing and tournament groups must purchase all food and beverage items thru Mulligans.
